Refund policy

There is a 7-day return or exchange policy for store credit only.  This means you have 7- days after receiving your item to request a return (for store credit only) or exchange.  The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost.   Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@perplereign.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ALL SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED ARE FINAL SALE.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS AND WARDROBING

Fraudulent returns categorized as wardrobing (wear and return) will result in our right to refuse future service.  Our protection team will access situations regarding customers with an excessive return history.  Excessive returns can be an indication of fraudulent activity. We will work to resolve any issues with your order.  If we determine there is no resolve, we have the right to refuse future service.
